Triumph Actuation Systems Gloucestershire

AW Louvers and Ventilation Limited have completed the design and supply of Aralco louvers to the impressive new Triumph Actuation Systems Headquarters based on the outskirts of Staverton Airport in Gloucestershire.

The challenge was to mirror the curved aspects of the external façade and to provide large sized curved headed louvers, with insulated backing panels, that would be glazed into the curtain walling screens installed by local company Aluminium Sashes Ltd. The design included the requirement for the head of the louvers to be curved to precise radius dimensions so that they were able to be glazed into the curtain walling screens and then the horizontal blades to be cut to suit the curved outer frame.

The Aralco 502 glazed in louver was manufactured, complete with curved on elevation outer frame, at AW Louvers factory in Tewkesbury and provides the façade with aesthetically pleasing louvers that provide the exact airflow and insulation requirements as per the specification.
