AW Louvers and Ventilation Limited provided glazed in Louvers and acoustic Trickle ventilators for the Quintain Wembley Park development right under the famous Wembley Arch in Engineers Way.
The design scope required the visual appearance of the louvers to be that of a frameless louver so the outer frame had the legs reduced in height so as the first blade started just under the curtain walling transom face cap. The 50mm blades system allowed for larger louver screens and a 2mm aluminium Blanking panel was also fitted to the rear of the louvers.
Obviously due to the location of this project noise reduction against large crowed areas was of prime importance for this hi end residential development. With this in mind our Pyracoust acoustic trickle vent was used to provide 2500Ea equivalent area and a 42Dnew sound reduction when in the open position
The louvers and acoustic trickle ventilators were finished in an IGP Dura range Braun Classic 34 powder coated Finish
